Jon completed a floor install for me this month. We were able to schedule fairly quickly. Required very little of me and made the process smooth and easy from plan to payment. I was very pleased with the results and have no complaints. He made what was a frustrating situation to have to deal with quick and easy to take care of. Very much recommended.

Update: I noticed a manufacture flaw with two of the boards and asked if there was anything to do. Jon quickly scheduled to come and quickly replaced the two boards, no charge. Great service!
