I hired Jon to replace the carpet in my basement and stairs. He was prompt in responding to my initial inquiry, happily addressed all my questions, arrived when he said he would, cleaned-up before leaving and did a fantastic job. I wish all my interactions with contractors over the years had been this exceptional. Thanks Jon, we love the new carpet!
